F. Douglas Lowrey

                    F. Douglas Lowrey, who has recently been promoted from associate to member of the firm, has been engaged in the practice of law since 1998, specializing in construction and labor and employment law matters.

                    He began his career with Jarrard & Richard in September 1998 where he specialized in the representation of hotel owners with regard to all aspects of construction law. Mr. Lowrey remained with The Jarrard Law Group, LLC, the successor firm to Jarrard & Richard, until 2002 when he left to join Tobin, O’Connor & Ewing. At Tobin, O’Connor & Ewing and its successor firm, Tobin, O’Connor, Ewing & Richard, Mr. Lowrey represented construction management firms and health care companies with regard to contract, labor and employment and business immigration issues. In January 2005, Mr. Lowrey rejoined The Jarrard Law Group, LLC where he specializes in construction law matters.

                    Mr. Lowrey earned his JD from the University of Maryland in 1998. He attended James Madison University on a basketball scholarship and graduated with a B.S. degree in Political Science in 1992. He is admitted to practice in Maryland.
